- Room Orientation Video: Learn how to adjust the bed, use the nurse call system, operate lighting and remotes, and locate emergency devices.
- Wardrobe & Storage: Where to find pillows, blankets, slippers, safe box, and drinking water.
- Meal Services: How to view menus, order meals, and dietary options (via QR codes or phone).
- Laundry Service: Information on how to request clothing washing during longer stays.
- Wi-Fi Access & Smart TV Use: Instructions for premium Wi-Fi and in-room entertainment.
2. After Surgery Care & Recovery Instructions
Ensuring a smooth and safe recovery is part of our patient satisfaction commitment. This section provides:
- Post-Op Instructions: Guidelines based on your surgery (e.g. mobility, wound care, dilation, compression garments).
- Pain Management: Understanding the pain scale and how to request pain relief.
- Mobility Guidelines: When and how to get out of bed safely, with or without nurse assistance.
- Personal Hygiene: Bathing instructions and special precautions post-surgery.
- Monitoring & Follow-Up: Daily checks, dressing changes, and care coordination.

3. How to Contact Nurses & Support Services
Your safety is our highest priority. Please use the following contact options when assistance is needed:
- Nurse Call System: Press the button on your bedside remote or dial 1811 using the phone at the head of your bed.
- Emergency Nurse Call in Bathroom: Located near the shower area for urgent situations.
- Ordering Food or Services: Dial 3451 for hospital café or 02-078-8919 for external food service.
- In-Room Visits: Nurses make routine visits, but feel free to call at any time.
4. Optional Services & Supply Orders
To ensure maximum comfort and convenience during your stay:
- Medical Supplies Available: See the list of optional items (e.g. compression stockings, extra dressings, hygiene kits). Patients may order these through the nurse.
- Requesting Additional Items: Ask the nursing team for non-included amenities like extra pillows, surgical binders, or personal care items.
- Charges & Billing: Some supplies may incur extra charges — patients will be informed in advance.
