How to Properly Use Lubricant
1️⃣ Apply lubricant mainly inside the vaginal canal, not just on the dilation rod.
2️⃣ Use your fingers to gently push the lubricant inward from the vaginal opening.
3️⃣ Move your fingers side to side to evenly distribute the lubricant along the vaginal walls.
Why do this? Prevent incorrect insertion
✅ Avoid tearing at the vaginal opening
👉 Doctors recommend using your fingers to apply lubricant during the first year after gender affirmation surgery.
This helps reduce injury and improves understanding of the vaginal structure and orientation.
